Double room with plenty of storage to rent in modern home.

There is a shared open living room /kitchen ,a downstairs bathroom/utility room and upstairs bathroom.

Central heating. I do like a warm house, just an FYI in case you like a colder house.

Hob uses gas , I have a Firestick for the TV so there's amazon prime video , Netflix and the main TV apps.

I like going out for walks, baking and cooking , mainly at the weekends , so plenty of kitchen gadgets available. I have a lovely south facing garden.

Street parking (on a quiet road) available.

There is a big Lidl, Home Bargains , Greggs and celebrations shop 5mins walk away.

Fort Kinnaird is 4 mins away in the car (ten mins by bus) and Cameron Toll is 6mins in the car. There is a massive Asda 8 mins drive away.

35mins on the bus to Princes Street. Bus numbers are 2, 14, 30, 400, 48 and 21.

Looking for a professional female who would like to rent the room Monday to Friday. No smokers please. I would consider a four nights a week rent rather than 5 for a lower rent.

Rent can be paid monthly or weekly.

I work Monday- Friday roughly 8-5 from home, my desk is in the living room (I'm not sure you can see it in the photo!). I like going to the gym in the evening or just watching TV. I love meeting new people. so I'm looking forward to having some company. I look after a very well behaved Labrador two days of the week.
