I am renting out my modern and cosy 2 bedroom flat, in Craigmillar, on a temporary basis, from 05 January - 05 July 2026.

Room 1 is a large double room comprising of an en-suite, in-built wardrobes, and a TV. £950 pm inclusive of all bills.

Room 2 is a standard double room with a stand alone wardrobe, a foldable work table and a small chair. I currently also have a standard IKEA malm chest of drawers in the room, although not pictured. As the other room is an en-suite, you would have the main bathroom to yourself. £650 pm inclusive of all bills.

Other spaces to be shared - fully furnished kitchen, livingroom and balcony.

The area is about 15 mins drive from city centre, 5mins drive from Arthur Seat, Cameron Toll and Fort Kinnaird. Loads of stores within walking distance such as Lidl, Tesco, Home Bargains. Bus numbers 14,30 to town are right behind the building. Loads of free parking spaces in the block also.
