I am renting out my very cute and cosy spare room in a 2 bedroom flat, in Craigmillar. I have an en-suite, therefore you would have the main bathroom to yourself, except for when we have guests over. Other spaces will be shared - kitchen, livingroom, balcony, storage spaces.

The room is available from 27/12/2024. Rent is £600 per month all inclusive. The area is about 15 mins drive from city centre, 5mins drive from Arthur Seat, Cameron Toll and Fort Kinnaird. Loads of stores within walking distance such as Lidl, Tesco, Home Bargains. Bus numbers 14,30 to town are right behind the building. Loads of free parking spaces in the block also.

I am a 30yr old professional female who is friendly, outgoing, and loves to travel. I like to keep the flat as clean as possible at all times, I am looking for someone who can do the same.
