The flat is located on the first floor of a new residential building with a lift. The building is next to a park and off the main street with multiple takeaways, Tesco, a Polish shop, a hair salon and a barber. There’s a large public library, a GP and a recently opened local shopping centre with Lidl, Home Bargains and Greggs nearby while Fort Kinnaird and 24/7 Asda are just 2 km away.
Bus connections number 2, 30, 14 and 42 will take you to the city centre in 10-15 min. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the safe and convenient bike/walking routes towards the city (Innocent Railway), Cameron Toll and Musselburgh.
The flat is managed by an agency. The rent is 387.5 (might be subject to an increase depending on the decision of the flat owner), gas and electricity 25-35 (depending on usage), Internet 13 and Council Tax 71 pounds (band D).
