The Inch is a quiet residential area located extremely close to the Edinburgh University medical campus and Kings buildings. Cameron Toll shopping center is located 15 minutes away. There are bus stops located a minute walk away allowing for easy access across Edinburgh.

A reference will be required, and rent paid 1 month in advance with a refundable security deposit of £700. WiFi is included in the rent.

Will be sharing a flat with one other tenant, they are a clean and tidy person that works at the university of Edinburgh.
