I have a double room available immediately (I'm flexible with the moving in date) for long term.

The flat is very quiet and the room is well lit with a nice view.

The room is spacious, comes with a double bed, bedside table, bookcase, wardrobe and a desk.

The flat is located 5 minute walking distance from Cameron Toll shopping centre, takes around 20minutes to get into the centre by bus (various buses around 14,49,30,33,12,3,37,7,8)

Please note there is no living room, but the kitchen is quite big with a table and chair to eat your meals etc.

I'm a 32 year old female professional, I've been living in the flat for almost 5 years. I work in a cafe so my working hours are between 6.30am-7pm.

I'm looking for a mature, professional flatmate who is easy going.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed and no smoking in the flat.

The rent is £450+council tax £60, internet £15 and the bills vary between £40-£50 per person.
