3 double rooms to rent in EH16 4DF. Please read in detail.
I am moving to my new house at the end of August so I am looking for lodgers to live with me at my place.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED.
About the house:
The property is a 4 bedroom house, 1 living room and 3 bathrooms (one in each floor), next to the Royal Infirmary hospital (less than 10 minutes walk) and the Edinburgh Bioquarter (where many buildings of the university are). The property is a new building.
There is a Lidl around 10 minutes walk from the property.
Fort Kinnaird (that is a big shopping centre where you can find anything) is around 25 minutes walk, 7 minutes by bicycle or 5 minutes by car.
There are plenty of buses to the centre (bus 14 that stops next to the property or buses 33, 49, 8, 7 that stop next to the Royal Infirmary car park). Bus 400 goes to the airport.
There are 2 gyms nearby but I go to the University one in the town, it normally takes 20-30 minutes to get the centre by bus, depending on the traffic (I cycle and it takes me 16-19 minutes from door to door). In Fort Kinnaird there is also another gym (PureGym).
Cleaning of the common areas will be contracted.
About the rooms:
Rooms will be fully furniture with double beds, table, chair, chest of drawer and Wardrobes.
Kitchen will include all the amenities: oven, fridge/freezer. Personal space in the kitchen will be assigned to the lodgers (e. g. a tray in fridge and freezer and a cupboard for other things). At any point I will put a TV in the Kitchen
Views can be booked by the end of August, and entry dates will considered from the end of August or beginning of September.
About the Prices (all bills included):
Big Double room with ensuite bathroom and changing room: £900 (on the photo it appears with no furniture but I am currently ordering the furniture for it so it would be ready once you move in). (deposit £400)
Big Double Room: £750 (deposit £350)
Small Double Room: £700 (deposit £300) - NOT AVAILABLE
The photos are only indicative, as I will change everything once I move in.
Ideal Lodgers:
No pets or smokers allowed.
No couples.
Female or male but tidy, respectful, not noisy, clean.
People who are eager to help others and share.
Environmental aware (e. g. people who recycle)
