Double room in a two bed flat - All bills inclusiv

The room is a spacious double room with a kingsize bed and a private bathroom to yourself. The place is near the Royal infirmary and Cameroon Toll. Behind the flat is a small shopping centre with Lidl supermarket, and a library around the corner.
As I work from home, I am looking for someone who works or a graduate student and out during the day. All bills are included in the rent (council tax, electricity / gas and WiFi but just be conscious with usage of electricity. I am looking for someone who is neat and responsible. Bus stop close to the flat with easy access to the city centre.
