The flat is on the top (3rd) floor, offering plenty of natural light throughout the day. The kitchen and living room are spacious, featuring double-glazed windows, a washing machine, and a shower with good water pressure. There is shared street parking available. The living room will also be unfurnished upon your move-in.
Rent: £474 per month
Bills: Currently around £60 per person per month
Council Tax (Band B): £76.5 per person per month
Deposit: £425
The tenancy is managed by an agency, so reference checks and standard application processes (including proof of employment, salary, and guarantor if required) will be necessary.
