I have a single room available in my two-bedroom apartment located just a 10-minute-walk from the Royal Infirmary. I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate to share a relaxed, peaceful home.

• Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
• Large table in the living room serves as a dining area and a desk
• Storage - there is currently a cupboard and shelfs providing storage space in the room, there's also a large space inside of the bed. I’m happy to arrange more hanging area for clothes if you wish
• The flat is on the third floor with no lift.
• Free parking
• Bike storage

Location:
• Residential area in Craigmillar
• 10 mins walk to the Royal Infirmary and BioQuarter
• 15 mins walk to LIDL Craigmillar
• No. 14 bus stop in front of the house - the bus will take you to the South Bridge in about 30 mins
• Buses 18, 21, 46, 48 close by
• 8 mins drive to Cameron Toll or Fort Kinnaird Shopping Centre

• Gas and electricity: 50% of the bills – depends on the season, currently £40/month
• Council tax: £25/month (unless you’re exempt) – Council Tax Band B
• TV licence: you are responsible for paying your own TV licence if you need it – please check tv licensing website

Your flatmate:
You’ll be sharing the household with me – 40+ self-employed professional who spends some of the days working away and sometimes working on projects from home.
I’m a pescatarian and non-drinker, interested in healthy lifestyle, holistic therapies, psychology and sociology, design and travelling. I like cooking and I bake my own sourdough bread which I’m happy to share :)
I’m originally from Eastern Europe, quite an introverted person but also happy to have a stimulating conversation.
