I work in a varying shift pattern (8-6, 12-10) in nearby edinburgh bioquarter. Flat is not suitable for someone who works from home permanently.

Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh is a short 15 minute walk. Fort Kinnard retail park is a 20 minute walk. Lidl is also close by to the flat. Excellent bus routes into town centre. The flat is situated in a new housing development and is very safe with many young couples and families. Free car parking space.

I’d prefer to live with a female and a non-smoker.
