Ground Floor flat to sublet in EH16 (6 weeks)

Two bedrooms flat to sublet in EH16.
We are away for 6 weeks ( mid June to end July) and looking to sublet our ground floor flat:
- 1 double bedroom with a king size bed
- 1 single bedroom with bunk bed which can be replace by a single bed if needed.

The flat is located in a quiet area: 7min walk to the Royal infirmary hospital, 1 min walk to bus stop, has access to varieties of buses, shops and shopping centres (Cameron Toll and Fort Kinnaird) located at a walking distance. 20min by bus to city centre and 25min by bike.

We are looking for someone/couple or group to take the whole flat. But we can accept to sublet the rooms separately. The rent (bills included) is £1400 which could be divided if separate tenants.

The flat is fully furnished and will be left clean with new bedding for the rooms.
