I am be looking for a roommate for a nice flat in Edinburgh. My currently flat mate is moving out as she is moving in with her boyfriend. No couples and someone 25+.

Flats located in a quiet area, the address is 8 Kane Neuk (I will confirm the flat number for viewings). Monthly cost including bills £650.

The 14 is accessible that takes you into the city or bus 30 is also close and takes you to Queen Margaret university. Train station is a 25 minute walk. Lots of parking available.

You will have a room with built in wardrobe and a bathroom with a bath and shower to yourself as I have the bedroom with the en suite. Lots of room for storage.

I have a ragdoll cat called Mishy who is very calm and well behaved. He loves people and has free roam of the house.

I am a working professional and work Monday to Friday, for this reason we ask any students enquiring to pay half of council tax or we would require non students.

Move in date 1st September. Looking for a long term flatmate as you would be applying for joint tenancy.
