Roommate Wanted – Edinburgh (Available 1st Septemb

I'm looking for a new roommate to share my lovely flat in Edinburgh, as my current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend.

I'm looking for a female flatmate (sorry, no couples) who is looking for a long-term home.

📍 Location: Kane Neuk, Edinburgh (I'll confirm the exact flat number when arranging viewings).

💷 Rent: £650 per month, including bills.

The flat is in a quiet area with great transport links. The number 14 bus takes you into the city centre, while the number 30 bus is just a short walk away and goes to Queen Margaret University. The nearest train station is around a 25-minute walk, and there's plenty of free parking available.

You'll have your own double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, as well as your own bathroom with a bath and shower. I have the en-suite, so the main bathroom is yours. There's also plenty of storage throughout the flat.

I also have a very friendly Ragdoll cat called Mishy. He's calm, well-behaved, loves people, and has free roam of the flat, so you'll need to be happy living with a cat. 🐱

A little about me: I'm a working professional and work Monday to Friday. If you're a student, we'd ask that you contribute half of the council tax. Otherwise, we're ideally looking for another working professional.

Please note: The flat is a Mid Market Rent property, so any new tenant will need to be approved by the landlord. The successful applicant will become a joint tenant, which means we'll need to submit a new tenancy application together. If the application is approved, an initial deposit will also be required before moving in. Due to the flat being a Mid Market Property your annual income would need to be £22,372 or below.

The move-in date is 8th September, and I'm hoping to find someone who is looking for a long-term place to call home.
