Hi! I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate to share my home.

The room is a small double—not too big, not too small—and comes with a built-in wardrobe. The only thing it doesn’t include is a desk/table, so you’d need to bring your own if required.

The property offers:

* Bus stop is an 8-minute walk away
* Only a 12-minute walk to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful, as it’s important to keep the home comfortable for everyone. Preferred move in date would be August 31st but could push to first week in September if required. All bills included in rent and security deposit (550£) required
