Available from 12th August. On the ground floor of a modern house, this is an ensuite large double room, with your own seating area, to suit a business commuter working in Edinburgh or nearby. Ideally not a home worker.
You will be sharing the kitchen with me. We are looking for a tidy, clean, easy going housemate - not someone who wants to party all the time but appreciates a quiet residential area and sharing with sensible people. Driveway parking you can view from the room. Near the Barnton Junction for a short 15/20 mins bus to the west end. (47/43 Lothian or any Stagecoach).

The Accommodation comprises:

Double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, desk and seating area with armchair. Wireless internet connection.. The ensuite has a large electric shower.

You will be sharing the kitchen with all amenities including microwave, gas hob, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. You will have your own fridge in your room. There is no shared living room.

Gas central heating throughout - heating on reasonable hours when required in winter.

Front and back Garden.

There are excellent transport routes with the main bus route 15/20 minutes from the city centre and very close to Edinburgh Airport, the by-pass and Heriot Watt University. Access north to Fife is also very easy via the nearby Forth Bridge.

The street is in a quiet residential area with easy access to the Cammo Estate (Park) for walking or cycling.
Local facilities 5 mins walk away including a Scotmid, post office, hairdresser, cafe, Chinese takeaway and pharmacy.
The nearest pub is the Cramond Brig – 10 mins walk away. 2 new restaurants being opened soon.
