4 miles from city centre - double room

Hi there

I’m looking for a new flatmate to move in mid/end of Nov.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed and double wardrobe but happy for people to make it their own.

£450 pm with £450 deposit upfront. Will provide a written contract between us and it will be 28 days notice for moving out for both parties. I own the flat so looking for someone to move in longer term as my circumstances are unlikely to change. All bills included - however I don’t have sports package on tv so if you wanted that would be an extra cost.

Me as a flatmate - I’m tidy and clean. Pretty laid back and also very sociable. I work mon to Friday 9-5 so enjoy chilling in the evenings during the week and going out at the weekends. Happy to have people round and parties but weekends only.

There is no smoking in the flat, I would consider a smoker but you’d have to smoke outside the apartment.

Room will be available from 19th Nov - happy to arrange viewings from the start of Nov
