Double sunny room in a flat with a cat

Hi!

I'm looking for a new flatmate for the summer and autumn 2026 – flexible rent, up to around 6 months. Start date: 1st May (flexible).

I'll be going away a few times during the season (4–6 days each time), so I'd love to share my flat with someone very responsible. You'll need to make sure the flat stays safe and clean at all times – for example, switching off the cooker, closing windows, and general awareness.

You should also be good with cats and reasonably tidy.

About your room:
Basic furniture, double IKEA bed with a new IKEA mattress, sunny. Ask for more details.

Shared spaces:
You're free to use the kitchen and living room as much as you like, as long as you stay on friendly terms with my cat 😊 There's also a balcony with plants and a chair – nice for a morning coffee.

When I'm away (4–6 days at a time):
You'll need to be OK with feeding the cat (indoor, very healthy) and watering the plants.

What's included:
All bills, internet, and domestic essentials – toilet paper, washing-up liquid, cleaning products, etc.

Flexible timing — you don't have to start exactly on 1st May, and you don't have to commit to a full 6 months if that doesn't suit you. We'll adjust the rent to match your actual stay.

Extra touches:
There's a possibility of arranging something extra for your room, like a desk or floating shelves. We can discuss it during the viewing.

Who I'm looking for:
Single persons only – unless you're a very quiet and exceptionally tidy couple.

About me:
A middle-aged professional woman with a cat. Friendly, but mostly busy working etc.
