10 minute walk to Dalkeith country park which is great for exploring and walking around. Eskbank train station is about a mile and a half from the house and is about 20 minutes journey into the city centre with parking there too!

The bedroom itself has a double bed , chest of drawers and hanging rail. The other room isn’t Furnished but that could be arranged.
