Bright and spacious single bedroom. Kitchen is big if you are into cooking. My house is out towards the countryside, so ideal if you like running/cycling

Plenty free parking and excellent road links, close to bus stop with regular service inc. night buses. I’m also not far from the train station to Queen Margaret Uni, Edinburgh city centre or the Scottish Borders (Galashiels)

Tesco, Morrisons, Lidl and Aldi close by

I’m fairly shy and understand the importance of boundaries whilst sharing a house. Trying to lose weight right now, so will be out a fair bit walking Hamish the dog and swimming etc. Happy to chum around, grab a drink and that sort of thing
