Despite the advert saying live in landlord i will not be at my house only for the odd check and if anything requires rectified as i stay at my partners house now.

*Please note if couples are interested in the room it is an additional £150 p/m and a double bed will need to be put in place of the Single. A double fits nicely but is less floor space, hence why the single has been put in.

Furnished Single bedroom(can fit double bed), I myself have now converted the attic.
Your room will come furnished with Single bed, drawers, wardrobe, desk, storage shelves, drying rack, ironing board etc. The toilet is on the same landing as your room so it is convenient.
The tenant i have is called Aggie and she is really pleasant. She is a professional who works locally full time and long hours.
would be nice for Aggie to have a little more company also.

The house is situated in the quieter side of Dalkeith and is set into a crescent, off from the busy main road. House is close by shops and bus stops/routes. There is also a park and ride just over the roundabout at sherrifhall. Train Station just at Eskbank if required, larger shops also situated in that area/Dalkeith Main St. Local takeaways, just eat, deliveroo, domino’s also delivered here if you fancy a night off cooking.
On street parking if you drive.

This is a home & has shared communal areas like living room, kitchen, toilet & back garden. House has Wi-Fi-Virgin. Drying racks and washing lines. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and shelving/cupboards will be shared as evenly as possible. Things like toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, your own personal attributes like shampoo, body wash are to be purchased by the individual and only to be used only by that individual to save potential upsets from arising. A cleaning rota can be set up to keep on top of the general house cleanliness.

can set up a viewing in the meantime. It is becoming increasingly hard to find rented accommodation due to the current financial climate we find ourselves in. It is impossible to buy a house at the moment especially for first time buyers due to the interest rates and exploding house prices. Hopefully this room can be a ray of light for someone.

Rent & Deposit to be paid before move in on an arranged date.
Monthly payments there after to be paid on the last Friday of every month
