I have a double room in my flat available from end of this week, sharing with myself. In Dalkeith just outside Edinburgh (ca 8miles). It is next to a large historic park and in a historic small town with its own character and high street. There are regular buses to Edinburgh (£2 each way). It has a garden & free on-street parking.

I use my phone’s hotspot.. but there is 5g outside if you want to get it connected.

Initially available up to end March 2025 at stated special terms. Potential for extention on terms to be agreed.
Possibly available from start December.
