I don't mind about age just that you respect the property and flat sharing responsibilities. we have a small dog who is very friendly. Prefer non smoker but you can smoke outside in patio. My husband and I are vegitarians but 25 year old daughter is not. just looking for someone who is easy to get along with and respectful.
