We are looking to rent our spare room to a female student or professional. We have a 3 year old daughter and it is a family environment. We are a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which then takes approx 45 minutes to edinburgh city centre. We are also 2 miles from a train station, which the train takes 20 minutes to edinburgh waverley. The train station is also located next to a college.

This is an ideal location for anyone wanting to travel to Edinburgh royal infirmary hospital (4 miles away) or the main university of edinburgh campus located just off the south bridge in edinburgh.(45 mins by bus)
