We are looking to rent our spare room to a female student or professional. We have a 3 year old daughter and it is a family environment. We are a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which then takes approx 40 minutes to edinburgh city centre. We are also 2 miles from a train station, which the train takes 20 minutes to edinburgh waverley. The train station is also located next to a college.

This is an ideal location for people wanting to commute to either the Edinburgh Royal infirmary hospital (4 miles away) or the University of edinburgh main campus just off the south bridge.

We are a family home so if you are looking for a quiet family environment then this would be ideal!, no party people or entertaining in room/house. We are looking for a quiet tidy lodger who just wants to relax after a hard day working or studying.
