Newly refurbished large room @ Fort Kinnaird

Hi, I’m looking for a housemate to share my house that I’ve recently refurbished.
The bedroom advertised is large and bright with a double bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a mirror. The shower room, living room and kitchen will be shared with myself and another housemate.
All bills and broadband are included in the rent.
There is a garden where washing can be hung out. The garden will be revamped by the spring, and available to use.
I work irregular shifts and sometimes work away but happy to hang out if I’m around!
