We have 18m2 mini studio to rent.
It's an open plan kitchenette/bedroom/living space and a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen has washing machine, induction 2rings hob, fridge and a microwave.
The living space doesn't have furniture so you can either bring your own or we will provide you with a bed and a wardrobe and whatever else you would need.
The entrance to the studio is throw our back garden.
There is a driveway if you own a car.
The monthly rent is £750 plus electricity- The studio has electric heating.
We are family of 4 so you need to consider that with some noises in the garden.
We would prefer a single person but would consider a couple if you are OK with the space limit.
No smoking inside
Could consider Max one pet.
