Bedroom has fitted wardrobe, cupboard, and shelf space in wall. Fully furnished with double bed, new desk and chair in room (Not the black desk as shown, new larger light wood computer desk). There is a lock on the bedroom door also. Kitchen is as shown except the hob has been replaced from gas to electric. Light and open living room with sofa, bookshelf, TV stand, lamp and coffee table.

Flat is located on Grove Street, just a short walk from princes street. Second floor, no elevator.
