Double Room - Centrally Located

Hello! I’m looking for somebody to take over my room as I’ll be moving out. I share the flat with a very friendly professional, and have really enjoyed my time here.

The room is a double, with built in wardrobes so ample storage. The flat is a spacious, with a good sized kitchen and living room. It has gas heating and hobs, electric oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and an electric shower. There is also a reserved parking space for the flat.

Sainsbury’s and the rest of Meadowbank Retail Park are a stone’s throw away, and there are a large number of bus route within a couple of minutes’ walk. I usually walk or cycle into work by the Meadows; the city centre is very accessible!

Rent is only £362 pcm. Bills are not included, but usually come to ~£110 for council tax, energy and broadband.
