The flat is a spacious ground floor apartment in the desirable Stockbridge area, close to the city centre with lots of local amenities including three supermarkets, various restaurants, shops and a gym within 10-15 mins walking distance.
A little about me, I'm a 27 year old professional working in a tech startup in central Edinburgh. Interests include music, film, culture, languages, tech, video games/movies. All the usual stuff.
I'd preferably like someone similar who's clean and tidy, likes to be social but also respects privacy etc and is also LGBT friendly.
