As I am leaving to Italy again, I have to find a STUDENT - this is mandatory, for council tax purpose - who takes over my room (in a PERFECT apartment) until September.

THE ROOM
It's not huge, but it's cozy and perfect: a huge wardrobe, a really comfy bed, a bedside table, and a really useful desk are waiting for your uni/studying/chilling days.

THE HOUSE
Staying in the room is not your thing? You can enjoy your movies on a beautiful TV, surrounded by a newly renovated kitchen - try not to watch Masterchef while cooking, I dare you - on an astonishing parquet in all the apartment, enjoying fast internet.
You don't like washing dishes? There's also a dishwasher ;)

THE AREA
I don't know where to start. 10 different buses - 4, 44, 3, 33, 2, 25, 34, 35, 300, 1. Plus their night alter-ego - are waiting for you just one minute from the door step, ready to take you to the city center in 10 minutes. Moreover, the apartment itself faces a garden, so no road noises.

Are you a crazy person who runs? There's a garden 10 minutes away where you can do your activities. Otherwise, just at the second floor, a Sainsbury's 7 walking minutes away has a 24hrs gym (TheGym).
How about supermarkets? Sainsbury's and Aldi are waiting for you 7 minutes walking. Lidl and Co-op are on the other side, five minutes away (still, walking).

VIEWINGS
I am going to hold viewings after March, 20th, as I'll be in italy from tomorrow till then. However, feel free to drop me a message!

p. s. if you are a Pokemon Go player, there's also a Pokestop just in front of the house. You don't even need to walk: just sit on the couch and the stardust will riiiiiiise!

p. s.2 Move in date is flexible. You should discuss it with the landlady.
