Quiet Double Bedroom near Haymarket

Greetings Room Hunters :)

I am looking to share a 3 bedroom flat with two lively individuals.
I would like to create a friendly union of three creative and socially active people, rather than a boring flat-share situation based on the mutual burden of paying bills and surviving contract terms. Obviously, the first person coming gets to help choosing the 3rd.
I would consider couples or short term options for slightly increased price (£150pw).
The flat is 5 minutes walk away from Haymarket as well as Fountain Park, 2 minutes from Lidl and CooP.
The property has been fully refurbished last year but the previous tenants left their marks in it so i’ll spend this coming week with doing cosmetic painting and getting it in shape. Mind that the kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet are tip-top as if they were new!
Due to this little makeover project you can come and view the flat, even start moving in but the tenancy starts on the 1st of June - it means that if you tend to move in before that date whilst you’re even willing to give the flat the care I am about to, you will not have to pay until the 1st ;)
As i just got the keys, the uploaded photos represent the current state of the common areas and one bedroom.
The flat is a bit dull at the moment, however the rooms are furnished with double size beds, bedside tables and wardrobes so they just need that homely touch. Anyway, it’s worth coming along for a viewing and to find out if there’s a ‘click’ to become future flatmates :)
