Good sized double bedroom in a main door ground floor flat in Broughton/Bonnington area, an easy walk from the city center. The room is furnished and has a good sized built-in wardrobe. The room has use of the main flat bathroom which has a bath and shower. As I have an en-suite in my room this would be much like having your own bathroom.

The flat is only a couple of years old so is finished to a high standard and is in great condition. There is an open plan kitchen, dining room & living room furnished to a good standard.

You would be sharing with one professional male aged 31. I work office hours Monday to Friday and like to keep fit during the week. At weekends I enjoy meeting up with friends and I'm looking for a flat mate with similar interests.

Rent includes all bills, including use of basic Virgin TV and broadband.
