I have a gorgeous furnished 2 bedroom flat that I rented on Tarvit St Edinburgh (Meadows/Tollcross) available from November 1st 2018. It is a 6 month let so available until the last day of April 2019
The rent is around £600 all inclusive (including council tax, rent, bills, internet).. however, that's if I did my calculations right - it may cost an additional £20 or so in the winter.
This room is for young professionals only.. I am a 25 year old female who graduated from Edinburgh in 2017. I will be working just outside of Edinburgh. I'm tidy and easy going, and looking for someone to hang out with occasionally - wine and movie nights etc.
I am looking for someone around my age, female and someone who is also working around Edinburgh. I would like someone who is also tidy and chill, but also keen to hang out occasionally.
