2 double rooms!

We are looking for two people to take two of our rooms in our 5 bed flat. We are 3, 3rd & 4th year students spilt between various universities. The flat is in the process of getting refurbished and has 5 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. All windows are double glazing with central heating throughout makes it cheap and comfortable to live in. We also have super fast wifi.

We are only looking as two of our friends have left uni and the flat is so perfect for us that we do not want to leave! It is close to the tram stop, the city of Edinburgh bypass, Hermiston Gait, large supermarkets and the Gyle. There is a bus stop just behind the flat for easy access to town and to different unis.

Rent is £400 per month, there is parking outside the flat and bills are very cheap. We are yet to take more photos of the flat but are happy to arrange a viewing. Please contact if you think this would suit you!
