Double Room With En-Suite, 25 Min Walk From Centre

MON-FRI ONLY.

A large master bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet within a three bed flat.

The flat is on the first floor of a converted Victorian house in the Merchiston area of Edinburgh (near Bruntsfield and Morningside). The city centre can be reached easily by bus (roughly every 10 minutes during the day) or on foot.

The room has two wardrobes, one chest of drawers and a dressing table with drawers. Bed linen and towels will be provided.

The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, two fridges, freezer and dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer in the utility cupboard. There is also a large drawing room, used as both a living room and a dining room.

The flat is professionally cleaned every fortnight.

The area is fairly quiet but there are plenty of bars and restaurants and a couple of small supermakets a few minutes away in Bruntsfield/Morningside.

I occupy the second bedroom and I work as a contractor so I'm likely not to be around every weekday.
