Single bedroom

Hi. My flatmate is moving out of our flat and I am looking for a new flatmate from 16th of July 2018 for a 6 months lease until 12th of January 2019. It is a two bedroom central flat situated 3min away from the Holyrood palace and the Parliament. The rent is of £397.5, £70 for council tax, £10 internet and approximately £30 monthly for bills. The deposit payable is £447.50. The whole process will be dealt with by an agency which is Northwood.

I'm looking for a friendly and responsible person, young professional, who will help me keep the flat clean and socialise together in the free time.

I am 28 year old professional female. I am easy going person, who likes to meet new interesting people and socialise.
