Double room for rent

I am looking for another person to share the 2 bedroom flat I live in. The room is available from 22 of July.

The flat has a large, bright, living room, a big bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, a separate drying space and good storage.
There are good bus connections ( 15 minutes to the town centre) . The bus stations are just a few minutes away from the flat, for the busses 8,14,16,19,47,113,38.

The flat is close to a Morrissons and a Lidl, as well as to a PureGym and Edinburgh College.

The rent is £375 without the bills. The flat is council tax band B, making it roughly £109 per month. I currently pay around £50 per month for the gas and electricity, more in the colder months, depending on how much I use. The internet is £36per month. You will be required to pay a deposit of £375.
