Tollcross - ShortTerm Flatmate needed until 28 Nov

Hi,

We're looking for a new short term new flatmate from 30th Aug 2019 until 28th Nov 2019.

I would be sub-letting and have full permission to do so from the landlady. There is myself Mark (27yo, male, work in charity sector) and Dayana (28yo, female, work in hospitality sector) in 2 of the 3 bedrooms.

The flat is in Tollcross, Edinburgh on the second floor of a tenement building. It has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen/living area, and a shared bathroom with a large bath and overhead shower.

The available room is a large double bedroom with a built in and stand alone cupboard, bedside table, armchair, and desk - see picture.

The advertised rent includes council tax, gas, electricity, water & sewerage, and internet.
