Twin room in central location near Edinburgh Unii

We have a nice twin room in our guest house which is located close to Edinburgh University(main campuses) and Napier Universities. We are looking for professionals however we will consider post-graduate students as well.
The room consists of desk and twin/single beds, TV, microwave. For single person we can put in a single bed/double bed. The room has en-suite bathroom and a garden view. There is free Wi-Fi and access to our kitchen and lounge and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Note that the price is for single person which is £850 per calendar month which includes bills and ctax. For two people the price is £1195.
