Twin room in central location near Meadows

We have a nice twin room which is located close to Edinburgh University(main campuses) and Napier University(Merchiston campus) and close to the Meadows. We are looking for professionals however we will consider students as well.
The room consists of desk and twin/single beds, TV, microwave. For single person we can put in a single bed/double bed. The room has en-suite bathroom and a garden view. There is free Wi-Fi and access to our kitchen and lounge and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Note that the price is for single person which is £850 per calendar month which includes bills and ctax. For two people the price is £1195.
