One person needed to fill four bedroom flat

We’re currently in the process of referencing for a four bedroom flat in the middle of Newington, Edinburgh. Unfortunately one of the people we were meant to be living with has had to withdraw. Currently, the three of us have have completed referencing and the final person would have to complete referencing checks with the agency.

This flat is in a very central location and you would be moving in with a mixture of a masters student and working professionals. We’re in a position where we need one final person and then we can move into the flat. We’ve got a viewing on the property tomorrow and would be really interested in people looking to move into a friendly, sociable and hardworking flat. Ideally, we would like a person who can be very organised in referencing checks and be in a position to accept the room on short notice if is suitable for their needs.
