Cozy double bedroom in a 2bed flat in the heart of Edinburgh City centre. Private bedroom with shared access to the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has been renovated with brand new beds, bathroom, kitchen and living room. You will be in the absolute heart of Edinburgh New Town with great travel links, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions just a step away.

I am renting the flat through an agency so you will have a joint lease and have to pay the deposit and rent directly to the agency on the 1st of each month. The rent including all bills is 640 pounds at the moment, it usually is a bit less during spring/summer months due to use of heating.

I am a 27yo professional and looking for someone around the same age, who is tidy, respectful of others privacy and not a party animal.
