Double room to rent, bills included

I would like to rent a sparse room in my flat, which consists of 2 bedrooms, a separate living room, a study room, and kitchen. The room that I'm renting is about 10 sqm, with a small double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk.

All the facilities in the living room, including a 55-inch TV, a large sofa, and a dining table, are of high standard, and you can use them for free. In addition, there will be many cooking equipment and a coffee machine in the kitchen. So, it would be ideal for a visiting student who just spends a few months in Edinburgh. (The flat is just 5-minute walking distance from the university's main library.)

For myself, I am a researcher working at the University of Edinburgh. I enjoy reading, going to the gym, and some drinks on the weekend. As I'm living on my own in the flat and you'll be the second person, I hope that we'll have similar interests, so that we could also become good friends and you can treat this flat as home.
