My housemate is moving in with her boyfriend at the beginning of March and I am looking for someone to take on a new 6 month lease from the 9th of March 2019. After the 6 months the lease becomes a 2 month rolling lease.

The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, separate kitchen, living room and balcony.

The building is set within a courtyard, with a shared garden, pool and private Off street parking.

It's close to a Co-op, Lidl and has great transport links to the airport and city centre.

The existing flatmate is a young female working professional and would like someone with a similar lifestyle.

Rent is £577 a month.
Council tax - £90 per tennant per month.
Wifi/electricity/council taxi will change with renewal, but are around £60 per month for both.
