The room on offer in my flat is about half way down from Princess Street to the Foot of the Walk. You’ll be sharing with two young professionals.
Double bed, old fashioned dresser/mirror, a small walk in wardrobe etc, gas hob, kitchen (good for cooking) with standard appliances, common eating area, etc. It’s a non-smoking flat and security deposit is half a months’ rent.

-Rent is £530 a month.
-Electric / gas is done via top up cards
-C. Tax and internet are worked out per person per month
Would be perfect for those new to the city and needing a mid-term base and a reference while setting up here. Welcome to stay as long as you'd like.
