Hello there! I've got a large single room for rent about 8 min walk from Meadowbank and 20 min walk from Portobello. Plenty of storage space in the flat. Very close to supermarket (Morrisons 5 min walk maxi) , pub and pool room just across the street. Looking to share with another professional preferably . Rent is £600 + council tax + gas and electricity and broadband will be shared equally (around £18 each). Kitchen fully furnished and new electric shower has been installed. About myself : I'm Thomas, working as a barista on George street . I play music in bars a few nights a week , very open mind and love cooking Italian or asian food. Cats welcomed .
