Looking for a student to take over for me for a studio flat in a student accommodation Edinburgh

Room type: lower ground studio flat ( en-suite facilities and kitchen)
Room price : £162/ week . price include all bills. there is also free gym in the building that you can use!
There is a communal area with pool table and tv and study room in the ground floor if you like to get out of your room.

The building is in the heart of city centre with so many bus connections and so many shops around. it is only 10 minutes walk to bus/train station and princess street. it is about 20 minutes walk to the main campus of University of Edinburgh and less than 10 minutes by bus. I will be happy to answer any questions and would happily arrange viewing of the room if required.
