Single bedroom in modern city centre flat

Single bedroom in spacious, tidy, modern flat with great city centre location.

I am a live in landlord in a 4 bedroom property in the west end of Edinburgh. Two rooms within the flat are already rented to friends. We are working professionals aged 33, 27 and 23 who work shifts, we are laid back and want to rent the room to someone who is clean and tidy. Ideally we are looking for someone who is up for occasionally socialising together but we wouldn't want the flat to be a party house.

The available room is a sigle room which currently has a wardrobe and chest of drawers as a desk in, there is a shared bathroom between 1 room mate and myself. Fully furnished modern kitchen along with very large living room/dining area.

All bills included with rent amount including virgin 100mb broadband and I also have a cleaner to clean the whole flat including the room available if you wanted her to.
