Large double bedroom with en-suite available in comfortable, modern main door flat

The flat is on the ground floor of a quiet residential street with excellent links to the city by bus or by tram (10 mins to Princes Street via bus, Balgreen tram stop is 5 minutes walk away). There is plenty of unrestricted on-street parking.

There is a private front garden with gravel, and in addition, a side gate opens directly onto a large grassy public area that is also available for use.

The bedroom is large, with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, two chests of drawers, and a bookcase. The en-suite has a toilet, shower, and sink.

The flat includes a large living room with a wall-mounted TV and comfortable sofas, a spacious kitchen and breakfast nook, and a second bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink.

Current flatmate - I am relatively new to Edinburgh with my Border Collie puppy. I work shifts, and I am relatively quiet and clean, although I can't promise about the puppy!

Preference will be given to dog-owners (pet-friendly accommodation is hard enough to find in this city), provided they get on well with Lyra.
