Bright room in a quiet house. It’s in the west of the City off Drumbrae North. Suitable for someone that goes to bed at night, not for a party animal. Plenty on street parking and a 4 min walk to a 26, 21, 1, 200 or 31 bus. House is mostly refurbished but still has its original 1967 Kitchen, which is tired but everything works. Garden to sit in and garage to store a bike. Must like dogs; a gentle Greyhound lives here, she’s very good and doesn’t go on the furniture and never barks inside. Please feel free to ask anything. Rent includes all bills inc council tax and household consumables. Monday to Friday rents considered.
