O'shea North - Residence Hall

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease until August 2019. It’s a single studio located in the heart of Edinburgh right on Holyrood Road, minutes away from the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace, Arthur’s Seat, Pleasance Sports Hall and of course, the University of Edinburgh. This is open to full-time students only*. Students do not have to be from UoE.

The room comes equipped with a personal and private bathroom including a toilet, stand-up shower and sink. Heating and internet are included in the rent. The kitchen is shared on the ground floor with the rest of the residence. This includes 7 kitchens in total (on the ground floor) equipped with 4 sets of stoves, 4 ovens, 7 sinks, and 4 microwaves EACH (each kitchen has these appliances), and kitchen utensils are provided (ie forks, knives, spoons, plates, pots, pans etc). The kitchen also includes a fridge, freezer, and personal cubby.

The bathroom is cleaned once a week on Thursdays; the kitchens are cleaned daily (by cleaners).
