I’m looking for a potential flatmate for this academic year (1/9/2018-30/06.2019) to takeover my previous flatmate’s bedroom since he has finished his postgraduate studies at the university of Edinburgh at the end of August, 2018.

About this flat, this flat is on the ground floor of a historic Victorian house, and there are two bedrooms in this flat.
Locationally-wise, this flat is located at EH9, Fountainhall Road, The Grange area. This is a townhouse zone, and very residential area in Edinburgh city centre. Right behind Marchmont.
A bit about myself:
I’m 24 years old, I’m a friendly, open minded person, I like history, literature, tennis and Traveling, and I also like to have good conversations with my friends when I’m free.
The potential flatmate expectations:
1 I’m a super clean, tidy and organised person, and I’m also looking for a potential flatmate who must be SUPER CLEAN, TIDY AND ORGANISED.
2 Since this is my final year of studies in Edinburgh, I’ll be very dedicated to my studies and dissertation, so I’m looking for someone who is also quiet and dedicated to their studies. Some socials in this flat is cool but this is not a party flat.
